  Chef Kevin Davis will feature a surprise Valentine’s Day menu at Canyon River Grill from Thursday, February 12th, through Monday, February 16th. The offering includes $2 oysters and half-price wines by the glass on Mondays. Reservations are available at CanyonRiverGrill.com.
  In the spirit of Red Wine and Chocolate, the rich depth of Canyon River Grill’s Dark Chocolate Cake softens wine tannins, while raspberry sauce and cherry compote enhance the fruit character of the wine. The dessert pairs especially well with Canyon River Ranch Syrah for a decadent finish.
