Every April, wineries all around the valley open their doors to celebrate the season with Spring Barrel Weekend. Take a trip the last weekend in April to discover the next great Yakima Valley vintages with special tasting experiences and spring festivities. Enjoy tastes pulled from the barrel, brand new spring wine releases, perfect pairings, educational events, tours, goods and tasty bites from local vendors, live music and more.

Plan your tasting stops at wineries serving delicious, perfectly paired bites, shareables and meals.
End your day of tasting at Yakima Valley restaurants. Stop at HopTown Woodfired Pizza minutes from Wapato and Zillah wineries. Or, bring bottles of Yakima Valley Wines from your tasting tours to WaterFire Restaurant & Bar. They're waving corkage fees for Yakima Valley wines during Spring Barrel Weekend, Friday through Tuesday.
