    If you've ever been curious about what happens during of harvest, here is your opportunity! Whether you're an aspiring winemaker, a devoted wine enthusiast, or simply interested in understanding how wine is made, this event is for you!

    In collaboration with our neighbors, Two Mountain Winery and VanArnam Vineyards, we are bringing you the comprehensive winemaking experience....all in one day! Go behind-the-scenes of a working winery and learn what winegrowers/makers do during harvest?including making picking decisions, crushing grapes, and fermenting.

    This is not just observation - it's a hands-on experience! You'll wield a refractometer to measure the Brix (sugar) levels of grapes, sample freshly pressed juice on the crush pad, and even participate in punching down the cap?just like a winemaker! You will have the chance to taste the work in progress at each stage - experiencing first-hand the art and science of winemaking.
