Looking for New Year’s Eve plans? Take a look at the festivities lined up at some of our favorite spots. Or, for a night with family and friends, stock up on Yakima Valley sparkling wines.


Fun NYE Celebrations

Ring in 2024 early at the Not Quite New Year Dance Party with DJ Squish Squash at Single Hill Brewing on December 30. Slip into your shiniest, sparkly, most festive outfit and join the Single Hill team for a night of dancing fun. This is a 21+ event.

Freehand Cellars is serving up a special treat both Saturday and Sunday of New Year’s Eve weekend. Stop in for their Oyster New Year. Enjoy some of the best bites to ring in the new year, perfectly paired with Freehand Cellars wines.

Got kids in tow for New Year’s? Celebrate with us by ringing in the new year on New York time- 9pm! Kids games and crafts going all night and a toast at the end! Check out New York New Year at 5th Line Brewing Co.

For a night of family-friendly fun, head to White Pass Ski Area their New York New Year’s Eve Night Skiing Party. Pick up your tickets for night skiing and ride until 8 pm. Then join Genesis Entertainment for a dance party and bites from the Bistro and the Cafe. Make a weekend of it and sign up for a pre-NYE Saturday Twilight Snowshoe Tour at White Pass Nordic Center. These beautiful evening tours through snowy trails are available Saturdays at 4:15 through the season.

Celebrate a New York New Year at 5th Line Brewing Co. Ring in the New Year in family-friendly style with kids games and crafts all night before the 9 pm toast to 2024.

Catch the New Years Eve Party at The Sports Center. Dance the night away with DJ Silver Spinning. A dance floor confetti canyon marks the new year at midnight. Snack on the late night menu and $5 pizza by the slice from 10 pm to 1:30 am.

Or, take a drive up highway 410 to Whistlin’ Jack’s Lodge and Outpost for their New Year’s Eve Countdown Party. Plan for a night of music and fun, featuring Hunter Stiles, and ring in the New Year! Book your room in the lodge and enjoy a cozy night after the festivities.

Bring back the memories with an All Night New Year’s Eve Skate at Skateland. Enjoy their biggest party of the year from 8 pm to 12:30 am. Skateland, one of the region’s remaining classic skating rinks, has been entertaining folks in the Yakima Valley since 1948.


Where to Find Your Yakima Valley NYE Bubbles

If you’re looking forward to a cozy night or get-together with family and friends, don’t forget to pick up locally crafted sparkling wines to make that midnight toast to the beginning of a wonderful new year. Take home a special bottle or two from Treveri Cellars, long-time premium sparkling wine house. Or try the collection from Tirridis Sparkling Wines, newcomer to the Yakima Valley sparkling scene.
