Hop Harvest in the Pacific Northwest occurs between August and October of each year, with field tours available upon request, guided by the growers themselves.

As a supplier of premium hops, YCH provides products and services to brewery customers around the globe. Headquartered in Yakima, with production facilities in Yakima & Sunnyside, the facilities include a state-of-the-art CO2 extract plant, three hop pellet mills, a patent-pending Cryo Hops® plant and a cold storage warehousing capacity of more than 30 million pounds of hops.
