Valley Brewing Co.

Valley Brewing Company is a local brewery in Yakima, Washington, that was founded by three best friends with a passion for craft and a love for beer. In 2014 after graduating from college and light beer, we took up craft beer as a consumer but had little knowledge of the subject. When we started, we had many misconceptions about hops, IPA’s, etc. After visiting craft beer festivals, local breweries (most influential being Bale Breaker Brewery), and other breweries across the Northwest, our perception of craft beer shifted. Our love for the industry and the community behind it grew and caused this to turn into a desire to get more involved. After months of research we dove head first into home-brew. Months went on of recipe improvement, trial and error, and sampling. In this process, the idea of Valley Brewing was born. After endless brew days, ongoing renovations, legalities, and obstacles we never imagined, Valley Brewing Company finally opened its microbrewery facility & tasting room, offering experimental IPAs, sours and other varieties.

We also have food! Locally owned restaurant Garcia's Kitchen serving right out of our kitchen!
