  After the holiday cooking and hosting, let us take care of dinner.
  Join Bosma Estate Winery and Chef Gilbert Kalombo of Lion Chef Africa for five Zambian-inspired courses featuring his warming spices and distinctive flavors, each paired with a Bosma wine.

  
  For the evening, Bosma is opening the Vault to share the 2021 Merlot, 2020 Clone 4 Cabernet Sauvignon, and 2022 Straight Shooter. You’ll also taste the 2020 Clone 4 alongside the newly released 2024 vintage—a chance to enjoy two expressions of the same wine, side by side.
