Full Moon Bike Ride on the Yakima Greenway

Join the Yakima Greenway Saturday Full Moon Bike Ride!
These rides are fun, casual and social, with a welcoming pace for riders of all skill levels. Group leads and sweeps will help keep everyone together to enjoy a fall evening on the Greenway.
Meet at 6:30 pm with a 6:45 pm roll out. The ride will travel from Sarg Hubbard Park to 40th Avenue and back at a casual pace, approximately 10 miles round trip. Riders who choose to turn around before the group reaches 40th Avenue will need to navigate themselves back to Sarg Hubbard Park.
Lights are required. All riders must have a headlight and taillight, but we encourage you to get creative! Add some extra lights to yourself or your bike and help light up the Greenway for the Full Moon Ride. Helmets are required for all riders at all times while on a bicycle. Please practice good riding etiquette, set a good example for others and wear your helmet!
This is a family-friendly event, but all children should be comfortable riding up to 10 miles and riding safely within a group of cyclists. If your child does not have experience riding around other bikes, this may not be the best ride for them. Parents are responsible for all children on the ride.
This is a free event, but please sign up in advance and complete the liability waiver. That way, when you arrive on the night of the ride, you can check in, hop on your bike and enjoy the ride!-
