It’s a busy and exciting time, here in the Yakima Valley. The area is alive with the sights and smells of hop harvest. People come from near and far to experience this unique event and see the valley while it’s bursting with hops! We hope to see you out and about, enjoying all the life and energy that hop harvest brings to Yakima!

With that said Single Hill Brewing Co. first two Fresh Hop Beers of the 2026 harvest season are here! Early Bloom & Oregon Shortcut!Early Bloom was made with hand-harvested Strata & Centennial hops that Zach & Mike Roy of Roy Farms went out to find. Oregon Shortcut features Strata from Coleman Agriculture in Oregon. Check out Single Hill Brewing Co social media or visit the taproom to learn more!
The Yakima Taproom will be open on Mondays for harvest season 2026, 9/14, 9/21, 9/28 and 10/5
