  Savor fall flavors and perfect wine pairings on a guided tasting journey with WaterFire Restaurant & Bar and Narratif Winery.

  Chef Derrin takes inspiration from the very best of the Yakima Valley harvest season to present a six-course, chef-crafted dinner perfectly paired with exceptional, small-lot wines from Prosser’s Narratif Winery. Together, Chef Derrin and Narratif owner and winemaker, J.J. Compeau, guide you through each pairing course. Humble fall produce is elevated with impeccably sourced Dungeness crab, lobster, duck, lamb and more to become a very special celebration of the season. Davis will share his inspiration behind each dish while Compeau personally pours wines selected to complement every course, making each pairing a little magical.

  Reserve your seat for a memorable evening in the newly renovated private dining room at WaterFire on Sunday, October 25, at 6 pm. This special evening is limited to 35 guests.
