  As Yakima Valley farms shift from summer's peak into a heartier fall harvest, Dan starts building a different kind of menu for our Chef’s Supper Club members, the same shift that has shaped every plate at the restaurant for years.

  Every edition of  Chef’s Supper Club comes from Dan Koommoo's James Beard-recognized kitchen, built around whatever is actually growing within 100 miles of Yakima that month. Expect a composed main, seasonal sides, something sweet, and chef's notes explaining the choices. Pick up your dinner fully prepared, then just plate, serve, and share it.
