  The Fresh Hop Bottomcutter IIIPA small-batch release drops this Friday, September 4, 2026, at the Bale Breaker Brewing Company Yakima Taproom.

  This highly anticipated small-batch brew kicks off Bale Breaker's 2026 fresh hop season. Unlike the standard year-round Bottomcutter Imperial IPA (which features a heavy mix of Citra®, Simcoe®, and Ekuanot™ hops at 8.2% ABV), this Triple IPA version is brewed using fresh, un-kilned "wet" hops rushed straight from the family farm's bines into the brew kettle.

  Extremely limited, draft-only release.
