  Welcome Dr. Jennifer Green, a Yakima naturopathic doctor, for this in-depth seminar all about hormones and nutrition to the to Healthy Eats Classroom. 
  Dr. Green is a licensed naturopathic doctor and the owner of Juniper Natural Health, serving patients virtually in Yakima and throughout Washington state. She specializes in women’s hormone health with a focus on fertility, preconception care, PCOS, endometriosis, painful or irregular periods, perimenopause, and menopause.
  In this seminar Dr. Jennifer Green will go into detail of how your nutrition effects your hormones and what you can do to create the balanace we all desire. This seminar will talk about blood sugar balance, protein, healthy fats, gut health, foods and habits to avoid, and so much more! Each participant will recieve a packed of information to take home. This is a 2 hour seminar from 6 pm to 8 pm for women 18 and older. Snacks are provided.
