  Late Summer Blooms and Bees walk presented by Cowiche Canyon Conservancy 

  Come see what late-blooming flowers are being visited by native bees as fall approaches at Snow Mountain Ranch. WABA coordinator Caleb Lankford will join us to catch bees, making learning up-close-and-personal. The Washington Bee Atlas (WaBA) is a WSDA Pollinator Program project that trains and partners with volunteers to identify and map existing native bee species in every county in the state. 

  Time: 10 am to 12 pm

  Location: meet at the parking lot of Snow Mountain Ranch

  Distance: about 3 miles, some uneven footing with about 500 feet of elevation gain.

  Please bring water and wear sturdy shoes.
