  Come get a little wine-smart while you sip! Join Dr. Joan Davenport, aka “Dr. Dirt,” for a fun and fascinating look at how American Viticultural Areas are created—
  and why they matter to what ends up in your glass. After class, Bonnie Wescott will lead you through a tasting of 
  WIT wines from several of the AVAs we source from.
