  Terra Blanca Winery and Estate Vineyard presents a Cooking Demo & Wine Pairing on Saturday, October 17, 2026 from 6 pm to 8 pm. 
  
  Discover the art of entertaining with Terra Blanca Executive Chef Ray Torres in this interactive cooking demonstration. Chef Ray will showcase the preparation of four unique hors d'oeuvres, each highlighting a different culinary technique. As each dish is completed, you'll enjoy a tasting paired with a thoughtfully selected Terra Blanca wine, while learning what makes each pairing work. 

  At the end of the evening, take home the featured recipes so you can recreate the experience in your own kitchen.
