  Yakima Valley Community Band
  Celebrate the Fourth of July with Yakima Valley Community Band at 7 p.m. Saturday.
  
  The free performance is family-friendly and will feature marches, Disney tunes and patriotic songs. Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets for the concert on the lawn, and to arrive early as the Fourth of July concert fills up fast. The Yakima Valley Community Band started in 1919, offering free music to the public. The nonprofit organization plays different shows year-round.
  
  The community band members range from junior high school students up to retirees, including members of the Yakima Symphony, music educators and amateur musicians.
