    The Japanese Day of Remembrance marks the signing of Executive Order 9066 on February 19, 1942, which enabled the US Army to incarcerate more than 120,000 Japanese American men, women, and children during World War II. Please join us to learn more about the history of the Japanese American community in the Yakima Valley and to hear personal stories from community members.
