  This is an immersive, hands-on experience hosted by Experience 46 degrees. Make a luscious, olive oil-rich focaccia while exploring the story, flavor, and health potential of one of nature’s most elegant foods: olive oil. You’ll learn about the unique characteristics of quality olive oil, step by step instruction on making your own focaccia, a glass of wine to enjoy & a take home bottle of wine to enjoy with your loaf! This class is about slowing down, savoring, and learning through experience — the Mediterranean way.
