    Spring in the valley is special—the light stretches longer, farms burst with fresh greens and tender vegetables, and every meal starts to feel like a celebration of what’s growing right now. April’s Chef’s Supper Club brings all of that bright energy home.  

    Each month’s menu is the fullest representation of how we love to cook: just-picked produce, house-made staples, and ingredients sourced within 100 miles. Every edition includes a composed main, seasonal sides, something sweet, and a few extras from the kitchen—plus notes from the team to guide you through. 

    Choose a supper for 2 or 4, and add a beverage pairing to help the night unfold. 

    Join by 3/31 to lock in April’s menu—it’s the best way to welcome in spring.

    Crafted is a farm-focused restaurant led by James Beard–nominated chef Dan Koommoo and his wife Mollie, with deep ties to Washington’s growers, makers, and culinary community. The Supper Club is how they share that spirit beyond the restaurant — one hand-cooked meal at a time.
