Horizon's Edge Winery

• Horizon’s Edge Winery opened under the current owners David and Lisa Padgett on April 1st, 1999. Sitting in the Rattlesnake Hills AVA, the 18 acres of vineyard and small family atmosphere brings comfort and ease to your tasting experience. Owner and winemaker David Padgett loves to talk you through any questions you have, and you will often find him in the middle of an experiment or project in order to find his next success. David has produced award winning and delicious ports, like his Wishful Thinking Chocolate Port, or his Smoking Gun Coffee Port. Maison De Padgett Winery, David and Lisa’s second winery is also now housed within this location. Wines like the Lipservice Rose sit under the Maison De Padgett label.  Lisa also runs a small gift shop out of the tasting room, selling unique vintage gifts. Hard working and down to Earth, this winery is perfect for those who don’t know anything about wine, and for those who know way to much!
