Welcome to The Fat Pastor! Shawn Niles, AKA The Fat Pastor, is a chef in Yakima known for his work on MasterChef with Gordon Ramsay and Netflix’s Best Leftovers Ever. The Fat Pastor is made up of several different projects including Fat Pastor Catering, Bite Club Yakima, Bite Club ThrowDown’s and Urban Kitchen; a free business and culinary school for youth ages 10-18. Outside of this, you’ll find The Fat Pastor cooking up exciting meals around the valley at fundraising events, pop-ups, winemakers dinners and more!
