  One of the Yakima Valley’s most highly anticipated events, Spring Barrel Weekend is your chance to sample wines still in barrel, taste new and limited releases and enjoy the energy of wine country in full swing. Food trucks onsite, wine slushies, a wide variety of wines from sweet to dry, and beer available. The perfect way to gather with friends, explore, and celebrate the start of spring. Hours: Friday and Saturday, 11 am to 6 pm.  Sunday 11 am to 5 pm 

  Food Trucks joining Airfield Estates for Spring Barrel Weekend on Saturday April 25, 2026.                                                                                                                                 Local food truck, Porky's Smoked Chicken & Ribs will be serving delicious barbecue at the Prosser location  11:30 am to 5 pm.                                                             Local restaurant Ready & Out will be serving up delicious Mexican food and Aguas frescas at our Prosser location from 11:30 am to 5 pm.
