    Tucannon Cellars is kicking things off with a barrel tasting of their 2023 Carmenère, giving you a taste of what is still resting and developing. Then you'll move into their award winning 2022 Carmenère, showing just how beautifully this wine comes into its own. Next, they'll pour two blends that show just how beautifully Carmenère plays with others. Auroral leans into elegance and balance, while the newly bottled 2023 RED FUSION C3 blend brings a little more boldness and depth to the glass. Two completely different expressions, both rooted in the character of this remarkable grape. And then… they finish strong. THE PHOENIX. Their Carmenère finished in bourbon barrels. Rich. Deep. Smooth. A little unexpected. A lot unforgettable.

    Enjoy food pairings and flatbreads along the way that play beautifully with the savory depth and subtle spice that make Carmenère so captivating.

    During your visit, you're also invited to stroll through the estate Carmenère block at your leisure and experience firsthand where this wine begins. There is something special about tasting it in the glass and then standing among the vines that grew it.

    This experience takes place in the Tasting Room and is available by advance reservation only.

    Choose your seating time at 12, 2 pm, or 4 pm on Saturday or Sunday. Space is limited for each seating, so be sure to reserve your spot.
