Yakima Valley College’s music program presents a Jazz Ensemble March Modern Concert at 7pm Monday, March 16th, in Kendall Hall Auditorium, Building #12.
The free concert will feature performances by the YVC Jazz Ensemble and the Three Rivers Jazz Orchestra.
The program will include compositions by artists such as Radiohead, Stevie Wonder and Christian McBride.
YVC’s music program provides students with affordable academic courses and quality performing opportunities in vocal and instrumental music as well as private lessons. The department also offers courses designed for students who have an interest in music as a non-major. YVC’s Jazz Ensemble and Jazz Combos have won numerous awards and are known throughout the Pacific Northwest region for their quality.
