Run Like The Wind Trail Running Festival is a 5K, 10K, and a free kids dash, woven along the trails, paths and roads of the majestic wind turbines outside of Ellensburg.
These races will be challenging, with, most likely, a lot of wind but certainly a lot of elevation gain and drop and a few tough trails, but gorgeous with views of Mt. Rainier, the Columbia River and the Eastern Washington plains.
Get a guided tour of the wind farm either before or after the race and see the awesome power of the wind.
Beer courtesy of Iron Horse Brewery, and great, homemade food await racers at the finish line.
