    Wine Country Food Focused Classes and Workshops

    Dinner, wine, and a bottle to take home are all part of this flavorful afternoon. Led by Kavita and Dave of Fast & Curryous, the class focuses on making rich, comforting Butter Chicken from scratch. Happening Saturday, February 21st at 1pm at Purple Star Winery, this installment of the Fast & Curryous series blends cooking, learning, and wine into a relaxed, engaging experience centered on one classic dish.

    The class is part demonstration, part hands-on, with plenty of insight into building deep flavor with aromatic Indian spices, creating tender, creamy butter chicken, and pairing it with Washington wine.

    Each ticket includes a chef-led cooking demo with a mini hands-on component, a dinner featuring butter chicken with rice and accompaniments, a glass of wine during the class, and a take-home bottle of the same wine along with the recipe to recreate the dish at home.
