  The 2026 ONYX Winemaker’s Dinner takes place on Saturday, February 14th from 6pm - 10pm at Terra Blanca Winery & Estate Vineyard.

  This Valentine’s Day event offers a multi-course culinary experience, with each dish expertly paired with a selection of rare libraried ONYX vintages. The winemaker will share insights on Terra Blanca’s history, winemaking philosophy, and the art of pairing each wine with its course, while the executive chef explains the inspiration and techniques behind every plate. The evening promises elegance, fine cuisine, and exceptional wine.
