    Wine Country Food Focused Classes and Workshops

    Join us for Prosser’s Spring Barrel 2025 with wine and fun all weekend along with a Sneak peek of our un-released 2023 Carmènére along with your favorite ANC wines. The perfect way to enjoy your Sunday afternoon wine-ding down from Spring Barrel. We will have delicious wood-fired pizza for purchase along with your favorite glass or bottle of ANC wine.
    Saturday: BYOB (Build Your Own Blend): 11am – 1pm. Create your own blend and take it home.
    Sunday: Cascade Crust: 11am - 4pm. Hand-crafted pizza for purchase. Wine by the glass and bottle.
    Books on Tap – A Covenant of Water: 3pm - 5pm. Interesting reads and fun people in the Hidden Door Room. alexandrianicolecellars.com
