  Wine Country Food Focused Classes and Workshops

  In this interactive experience, Rachel will share her own tried-and-true sourdough techniques, tips, and secrets she’s learned over the years. You’ll go home with the confidence to bake your own delicious sourdough plus:

  A glass of wine to enjoy while you learn
  Hands-on experience shaping your own baguette loaf to take home and bake
  A sourdough starter from Rachel’s personal batch (begun in 2024!)
  Step-by-step recipes & instructions to guide you at home
  A proofing bowl for proper fermentation
  A bread lame (scoring tool) to create beautiful artisan designs

  After class, unwind and savor:
  A tasting of two different wines
  Freshly baked sourdough samples
  A full charcuterie board with meats, cheeses, fruit & more!
