  9pm: Dancing & Entertainment
  Menu Selections: Beef: Mustard Rubbed Beef Tenderloin, Beef Tenderloin, Mustard Seed, Red Wine Reduction.
  Fish: Seared Salmon, King Salmon, Warm Tomato Salsa, Arugula Chiffonade. Vegetarian: Penne Rosa, Penne Pasta, Tomato Cream Sauce, Spinach, Mushrooms.
