    Spring Barrel Blending Competition at Dichotomy Vineyards! Think you have what it takes to be a winemaker? Put your palate to the test during Spring Barrel 2025! Come to Dichotomy on Spring Barrel weekend 2025 and put together your very best blend and we will decide who gets to be the blending champion.
    You will get select wines from our outstanding 2023 vintage and a lesson on how to blend. Then it will be up to you to decide what blend to put forward to the judges. Blind judging will take place after the weekend is over and we will decide from all of the wines who has what it takes to make our palates happy! You never know, it could be our next amazing wine. You will also get to put your blend in a bottle, cork it, take it home and enjoy it when you think it is ready to be released. The winner of the competition along with all of the accolades will get $100 gift certificate!
    There will be 3 time slots on each day with only 10 blending tickets available for each time. Times are Saturday April 26th and Sunday April 27th at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm. Price: $45. $40 Club Members. ***Booking essential. Refundable until 2 days prior to the event. Tickets do not count toward tasting fees. *** Minimum Guests: 1. Maximum Guests: 10.
