    Blending Experience at Whitman Hill Winery on May 3rd, 6:30pm – 8:30pm.
    Become a winemaker for the evening by tasting through barrel lots, trialing different blends, and crafting your own unique cuvée. This firsthand experience will transform your perception of the artistry of winemaking and make you appreciate the passion to create a great blend. This private blending session is the most exclusive experience at Whitman Hill Winery. It features a sensory evaluation mini seminar focused on our Bordeaux varietals from our estate-grown vineyard followed by a personalized blending experience led by owner/winemaker, Scott Whitman. We provide the tools for you to mix and refine your blend. Once finalized you will bottle, cork, and custom label your own individual bottles (one per person). During the experience, enjoy an elevated charcuterie plate.
