    Please join Silver Lake Winey for their 1st Annual Rattlesnake Hills Grape Stomp Championship on October 12th from 11am to 5pm. Enjoy a day at their beautiful winery with wine, Italian Aperitivos, Gourmet Italian Sausage Sandwiches, and Grape Stomping! Win Big! Eligible participants will be allowed to compete in the grape stomping contest only once on either day. Each barrel will be filled with a specific quantity of grape and the stomper will be allowed 5 minutes to stomp the grapes with their feet. The juice will be collected and measured. The Stomper with the most juice at the end of the weekend will be declared the winner. The winner will receive a $300 Gift Certificate good for one year at the Silver Lake tasting room in Zillah or online plus a 3L Bottle of their 2017 Reserve Syrah. To be eligible, the stomper must purchase at least one flight of wine. No reservations are required. Just show up and get in line. No need to be present to win.

    Italian Sausage selection will include Esposito?s Italian Sausage with Rapini (Broccoli Rabe), Red Peppers and Onions or Marinara sauce. Add a roll or enjoy it on a plate. drinksilverlake.com
