11:30 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. Gasperetti's is thrilled to announce Lunch for a Cause featuring the Cowiche Canyon Conservancy! Gasperetti's host a local non-profit twice a month to raise awareness while enjoying delicious dishes prepared from the "Fresh Sheet".  10% of the sales from the "Fresh Sheet" will go towards supporting the featured non-profit organizations of the month.

Cowiche Canyon Conservancy is a nonprofit organization devoted to conservation, recreation and education in the Yakima Valley region of Washington State.  Cowiche Canyon Conservancy is also a land trust that owns and manages over 5,000 acres of land which includes 30 miles of trails for non-motorized vehicles while also protecting the shrub-steppe habitat and connecting people to this vanishing landscape.
