1911 Masonic Temple
Hotel Maison is housed in a building originally built in 1911 by the Yakima Masons to house their temple. This boutique hotel has been modernized, yet retains the elegant classical architectural elements of the Second-Empire style. In addition, local artists’ works are regularly displayed in the main lobby. In the upper floor corridor, you’ll find a display of photos of historic Yakima. 1910 Manor House
Birchfield Manor Inn & Restaurant. Built in 1910, this home sits on a 14-acre property with an onsite swimming pool, pond, vineyard and beautiful garden. The Manor rooms feature old-world craftsmanship, original woodworking, luxurious linens, oversized, jetted tubs, large, flat-screen TVs and gas fireplaces. 1906 Commercial Building!
Historic Mercer Guest Suites is located in the heart of Downtown Prosser where you can walk to weekend evening entertainment and dining. Built in 1906 by Willis Mercer, the beautifully restored suites contain the original wood floors, stunning 8-foot windows, full kitchens, en suite bathrooms and super fast Wi-Fi. Owned by the Mercer Family, this was the “hub” of commercial activities in Prosser’s early years. The 18,000-square-foot, two-story building featured three commercial real estate fronts housing through the year’s grocery, equipment and hardware stores. The second floor contained 6 two-room office suites, housing a variety of professional services and two large ballrooms. Each suite has more information on the history of the building. It’s located a quick five-minute drive to the numerous Prosser Wineries and farmers market. Be sure to bring home a bottle of Mercer Estates wine from the tasting room in Prosser.
