If you’re new to SUP or simply want to increase your confidence or gain new skills, there are clinics and classes for all abilities. Shannon and Andy Mahre of Mahre Made and Girls with Grit offer beginning and intermedia SUP clinics on both lakes and rivers, as well as private classes. Sara Washburn of Just Breathe SUP offers paddle boarding clinics, private classes, retreats and even SUP yoga on the lake. As a master trainer, she can guide you through all levels. You can also work with her to create a unique personal experience. This summer, she’s also hosting a virtual, 12-week paddle fitness challenge.
