Yakima Valley Wineries Map

Be one of the first to sample a new vintage straight from the barrel during Yakima Valley Spring Barrel Tasting, April 23-25, 2010. New to Spring Barrel Tasting this year are cooking demonstrations, winemaker dinners, vineyard tours and educational experiences pairing Yakima Valley food and wine.

If the April 23-25 weekend doesn't work in your busy schedule, make the quick scenic drive the weekend prior and try the Yakima Valley "Pre" Spring Barrel Wine Tasting, April 16-18. Pre-barrel is a fun weekend with a relaxing pace and plenty of opportunities to interact with the wine-makers.

Extend your wine tasting visit to the sunny Yakima Valley with a leisurely challenge like a sunny round of golf, a bike ride through wine country or a horseback ride through country lanes, vineyards and orchards. Or enjoy one of the many family-friendly events during the Yakima Valley Spring Fling Festival, April 16-25. Stock your wine cellar for summer by planning your spring visit to the Yakima Valley today.

Grab a winery map or stop by the Visitor Information Center for touring advise and you will be set for a fantastic trip. Here are some tips to make this year's Spring Barrel wine tasting event great for all.
