Media Relations
The YVVCB can help establish local media contacts, as well as distribute your meeting -related release. We can also provide photos and promotional information for your pre-convention publicity.
Pre/Post Event Services
The Yakima Valley offers plenty to do. Let our service department make recommendations and arrangements to meet the needs and interests of your group. We know about those non-traditonal meeting sites, family-friendly activities, group tours, and day trips. We can provide suggestions and put you in touch with the right people.

- Two-way radios given to convention planners to keep them in constant communication with Convention Center staff
- Free convention parking

- ADA accessible throughout the entire facility
- Everything you need for a successful event is available: whiteboards, CD players, microphones, piano, spotlights, table cloths, telephones, TV/VCRs, tables and WiFi throughout the building.
