Connie Upton
18 years of Service
Connie is the General Manager and is responsible for all operations of the facility. She became a Certified Meeting Planner in 2003 and still holds the certification. She has attended Leadership Yakima, and served on numerous boards around the community. Having managed a full service hotel for many years, she has over 30 years of experience in the business. An avid Football fan, she still claims her native Minnesota Vikings as her team!

Lisa Krous

Lisa is the Assistant General Manager and is responsible for the scheduling of conventions, meetings and events at the center plus she assists in overseeing the operations of the facility. She is a Yakima native, 2008 graduate of Leadership Yakima, co-president of the Wellness House Board of Directors and is a member of the Washington Society of Association Executives. As an avid baseball fan, the Mariners are her team!

Laura is the Event Coordinator and is responsible for scheduling meetings and events at the center. A 2011 Perry Tech graduate of Business Technology & Accounting and a member of the BT Program Advisory Committee. Born and raised in Yakima WA, as an avid Football fan, the Green Bay Packers are her team! Contact Laura
