Warm Herbed Goat Cheese Bruschetta

Description
A marvelous pairing with Chardonnay. The butteriness of the Chardonnay compliments the creamy texture of the goat cheese. The use of extra-virgin olive oil doesnt's hurt either. This is a hedonistic pairing that bursts with flavor and simplicity. Enjoy!

• 1/2 pound fresh goat cheese
• 2- 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme
• 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• Freshly Cracked Pepper
• Garnish with fresh Thyme
• Bagette cut into pieces

Preparation
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Stir goat cheese, thyme and olive oil together in a bowl until well blended. Place cheese mixutre into a small gratin dishand drizzle the top with olive oil and a few grinds of black pepper. Bake the the chees mixture until warm and creamy, around 10 mintutes. Garnish with thyme. Serve with Bagette pieces.
