Visit the U-Pick Farms in the Yakima Valley
Slow down your fast pace and stroll through the shade of an orchard, picking fruit as generations of families have done before. Irrigated since 1889, the Yakima Valley is a prime agricultural area with 5 distinct AVA’s (wine growing regions). Yakima Valley’s irrigated high desert volcanic soil produces both scenic beauty and bountiful crops with a harvest schedule stretching from April through November. The Yakima Valley has the largest variety of crops in the Pacific Northwest.
Become acquainted with our farming culture by planning your trip to the Yakima Valley today. Our farm families invite you to join them in the harvest!
